Light summer honey is a mild, floral golden honey and is made from diverse summer blooms such as clover, wildflowers, berries basswood and other blooming trees. It has a delicate sweetness with hints of citrus or spice and will pair well with teas, yogurt, salads or glazing. It will be light to medium amber and will tend to stay liquid longer.
