Utilizing our light summer honey, our creamed honey is a labor of love and is pure raw honey that has crystalized and is then broken down and blended into a cream. This cream is then mixed with more honey that is then blended again for a significant amount of time to get it to that perfect creamed spreadable honey. It is counter stable, and has the same shelf life as regular honey. For those who find drippy honey messy, this is the honey for you!
